In order to ensure the proper care of apparels and their decontamination from harmful particles, which is required by its customers’ industrial processes, Atmosfera resorted to the joint cooperation of Uniclean, a world-acclaimed leader in cleaning, certification, Clean Room auditing, and classified settings professional garment cleaning services.
CLASS 5 - ISO 14.644  |
The whole system has been awarded an ISO 5(1) certification. The Clean Room Laundry includes air purifying equipment, water deionizator, barrier washing machines, dryers, and a bar code-driven professional garment management system.
Procedures are rigidly performed from discarding of apparels at the customer’s to their handling on a classified setting and delivery of cleaned and packed items, that is, these items pass through Clean Room to Clean Room without being exposed to non-classified settings.
Additionally, customers’ apparels are not mixed up, thus avoiding cross-contamination, and each batch item is subject to the Helmke Drum Test (2). An analysis report on each item is then sent to the customer for follow-up purposes.
Atmosfera is the only company in the market to boast a Sterilization Center right beside its Clean Room Laundry, which enables it to deliver its items sterilized as well.
